¿Cuanto tarda en llegar mi pedido?

Tu pedido será procesado en un plazo de 24 horas laborables. El tiempo de entrega dependerá del servicio postal, pero normalmente recibirás tu pedido entre 3-5 días hábiles.

All orders are shipped from Puerto Rico
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Saturday from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Each customer receives a shipping notification once the package leaves our office. Please check your SPAM box before sending us an email requesting an update. It takes 3-5 days to process your order, but it can take longer during busy periods. Local carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
What is the shipping process like?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification to:
-The tracking number of your package
-Your package is ready for delivery
-Your package has arrived
If you have not received a shipping notification for your order after 7 days, please contact us.
Stolen, damaged or lost packages
We understand that the theft or loss of a package can be annoying, unfortunately GV FASHION is not responsible. Please make sure your address is correct. Incorrect addresses can cause packet loss. If your package is lost in transit, which is very unusual, this is the responsibility of the carrier. In this case, you must contact USPS directly.
Orders and returns
Returns and exchanges policy.
For returns, please email info@shopgvfashion.com and explain the reason for the return. Please send the items to us in their original condition, including labels, within 3 days from the delivery date. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. Once we confirm that the item has been returned successfully, an email will be sent with the full amount of store credit. If an item is received without tags, worn, altered, washed or damaged, the return will not be accepted. If an item is received as such, the item may be shipped back to the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final.
What cannot be returned?
Any item purchased with any type of discount is FINAL SALE, no exchange or return. For reasons of aesthetics and quality control, no white piece will be exchanged or returned. Health and hygiene laws restrict the return of jewelry, swimsuits, girdles, underwear, bodysuits are final sale.
Do they return the money?
We do not do refunds, only store credit.
Delivery information
Deliveries are made for orders already paid, you can choose the delivery option when you complete the order. Deliveries are only made on Thursdays from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm in Plaza Carolina. It is important that you leave your telephone number on the order so that we can confirm the delivery day. If you do not respond to the confirmation message, it will be cancelled. Once the order is placed, you have 2 weeks to pick it up. If you do not do so, the merchandise will be returned to inventory without a refund.

¿Cómo puedo saber si mi pedido fue confirmado?

Al completar tu compra, recibirás un correo electrónico de confirmación con los detalles de tu pedido, cuando tu compra sea procesada te va a llegar un email con el número de rastreo.

¿Puedo cambiar o devolver piezas?

Sí, aceptamos cambios dentro de los primeros 3 días luego de recibir tu pedido. Las piezas deben de estar sin uso con sus etiquetas. No realizamos devolución de dinero, solo crédito a la tienda. Escríbenos en confianza para ayudarte en el proceso.
